Erica’s background includes expert witness support, detailed financial investigations, business valuations, lost wages calculations, lost profits calculations, business interruption claims, internal controls assessments, and marital dissolution accounting. Her casework spans shareholder disputes, embezzlement, construction litigation, family law matters, personal injury claims, and regulatory investigations. Known for her clarity and precision, Erica distills complex financial data into compelling analyses and testimony-ready reports.
Before founding ER Ventures Inc., Erica held key roles at firms including Eide Bailly LLP and Fiske & Company, where she led forensic engagements and collaborated closely with legal counsel. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as an MBA.
