Bill is an experienced financial executive and hands on manager with a proven track record of successfully leading companies and their accounting finance departments through constantly changing environments of acquisitions, reorganization, refinancing, and growth. Having worked as a CPA in a public accounting firm, as a Chief Financial Officer in Aerospace Manufacturing and Cannabusinesses, and as a Director of Finance in Hospitality and Food & Beverage, he has developed a strong background in public accounting, financial reporting and working with closely held companies. With well over twenty years of experience he brings a wealth of hands on managerial and analytical skillset to the firm.
Bill holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is credentialed as a Certified Public Accountant from the Colorado State Board of Accountancy.
